She provided legal support for projects regarding closing and liquidating Group of companies of a large automobile holding, investment projects for a number of companies such as Company of authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz, Company of authorized dealer of Deutz AG, provided legal support for projects of clients of Raiffeisen Leasing Kazakhstan related to economic concentration issues. She had training in USA local legal firms in California state.
At present she is occupied with development of international affairs, analytics and strategic development in the Company, she writes articles regarding such subjects as management and human resources development. She is able to speak English, Kazakh and Russian.

She has been working in ZAN team since 2008, in charge of “Licences and permits” practice (Licencing department). She has over 5 years of experience in providing legal support for business activity of Kazakhstani and foreign companies, coordinates the Licencing Department operation and its affairs with clients. She successfully organized projects for obtaining approvals, permits and licences from state authorities, including those for Group of Companies “LancasterHolding”, “Codest Kazakhstan” Company (project Royal Park Residence), “SMS Unistar” LLP, exclusive distributor of Deutz AG diesel motors and other enterprises in the areas of industry, architecture and town building.

She has been working in lawyer team since 2009, in charge of arranging quality examination of legal services provided in the Company. She has 11 years of legal experience, including 5 years of scholastic service record in RoK Higher Education Institutions. She successfully accomplished complicated projects for obtaining and executing licences and permits for atomic energy use facilities including facilities of Scientific Research Institute of Nuclear Physics under RoK National Nuclear Center, obtaining and executing approvals for activity related to use of information constituting RoK state secrets. She also successfully accomplished works for providing legal support at accrediting the first Testing Laboratory at RoK National Nuclear Center which is a unique one in the Republic; in this Laboratory conformity tests of explosive materials, explosion and control instruments are carried out.

Also she writes articles enlightening legal aspects of entrepreneurial activity of bodies corporate and physical persons.
