One of the important components of justice is the access to professional legal services, however, not all members of society can afford paying for these legal services, therefore the government creates subsidized free legal assistance programs.
For example, in Kazakhstan there are government programs of Damu Entrepreneurship Fund however, not always such assistance has resources to provide services to all who are in need; and that’s where law firms can piece out this shortage in the system and provide free-of-charge legal assistance to certain categories of population according to internal Pro bono programs. ZAN Law Firm is for advancement of any Pro bono programs, for social responsibility of business to society and for rendering professional legal assistance freely to disadvantaged social groups.
Thus, during the period from December 1, 2011, through March 15, 2012, ZAN Law Company shall provide legal assistance on a free-of-charge basis to special needs entrepreneurs (handicapped entrepreneurs); within the framework of legal assistance the lawyers of the Company shall be ready to hold meetings and consultations on such matters as starting a business, obtaining consent documents, execution of required agreements and consultations on other legal matters within corporate, labor, tax, customs and intellectual laws. As well as direct execution of legal services in this category, free of charge, including registration of legal entities, execution of documentation at the enterprise, drawing up of documents for execution of consent documents.
